Registration on the Website means the process by which a legally capable individual aged 18 years or older provides individual information about him/herself to the Seller, which is used to create an Account that allows to place Orders for the Products, subscribe to mailing list, use feedback form.
Account is a set of data about the Customer that is necessary for identification and provides access to the Customer's personal data and settings. An Account enables placing Orders for the Products, subscribing to mailing list, using feedback form.
User is a person who has come to the Website.
Customer is an individual who has registered on the Website.

Good is an object that is offered for sale in the online shop placed in the corresponding section of the online shop.
Order is a duly issued request by a registered Customer for delivery of a list of Goods selected on the Website to a specified address.

1. General Provisions
1.1 The Website is owned and operated by the Seller. The Seller sells the Goods through the Оnline shop.
1.2. By ordering the Goods through the Website, the Customer agrees to the provisions of this User Agreement and the Terms of Sale (hereinafter - the Terms and Conditions) set out below.
1.3. Provisions of the Russian Federation Civil Code on retail sale and purchase (§ 2 of chapter 30), as well as the Russian Federation Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" of 07.02.1992 № 2300-1 and other legislation, adopted in accordance with it, shall apply to the relations between the Customer and the Seller.
1.4 Each Party warrants to the other Party that it possesses the necessary legal capacity, as well as all rights and powers necessary and sufficient for the conclusion and performance of the retail sale agreement.
1.5 The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditionыs.
1.6. The Customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions by clicking on the "Complete Order" button at the last stage of placing the Order on the Website.
1.7. The information on the Site is for reference only, is not an offer and can be changed by the Seller unilaterally.
1.8. The Seller is not responsible for the functioning of the Site.

2. Registration on the Website
2.1 In order to place an Order, the Customer should register and/or log in on the Website. When registering for the first time, the following information must be provided: Surname, First Name, Patronymic, contact telephone number, e-mail address to which the e-cheque will be sent, address for delivery of the Orders and provide a consent to the processing of personal data. If the Customer refuses to provide consent to the processing of personal data or withdraws consent before the transfer of the Customer Order, the Order is canceled.
2.2 The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the Customer during registration.
2.3. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer is aware that the personal data used to access the Seller's website should not be disclosed to third parties. Should the Customer have any suspicions regarding the security of their login and password or the possibility of their unauthorised use by third parties, the Customer shall immediately notify the Seller thereof by sending an e-mail to: ism-shop@internationalschool.ru or via the feedback form on the Website.
3. Order placement and terms
3.1 The Customer's Order is to be completed by the Customer independently on the Website
3.2. When placing the Order, the Customer shall confirm the following information:
- Customer's or the recipient’s full name;
- Chosen Shop for self-delivery of the order;
- E-mail address to which the electronic cheque is to be sent;
- Contact telephone number.
3.3 Seller has the right to refuse to conclude the contract and place the Order without giving any reason.
3.4 Estimated order completion time is 3 business days. The Order fulfillment term may be changed by the Seller in the course of the Order execution, of which the Seller shall notify the Customer.
3.5 All the information materials presented on the Website are of a reference nature and may not fully convey reliable information about the properties and characteristics of the Goods, including colours. If the Customer has any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Goods, the Customer shall contact the Seller before placing the Order.
3.6. In case the ordered Goods are out of stock, including for reasons beyond the Seller's control, the Seller has the right to cancel the ordered Goods from the Customer's Order and notify the Customer thereof by sending an e-mail to the address indicated upon registration or by calling the telephone number indicated in the Order.

4. Receiving of Order
4.1. Ways of receiving goods - self-delivery by the Customer from

4.2. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Customer from the moment the Order is handed over to the Customer
4.3. The Order shall be delivered to the Customer or the person indicated as the recipient of the Order when placing the Order. If the Order cannot be received, the Order is delivered to the person who can provide information about the Order (number of shipment and name of recipient). If Order can not be received, Order is cancelled.
4.4. When handing over the Order to the Customer, either the Seller or the Delivery Service has the right to request an identity document.
4.5. When passing the Order to the Customer, the Customer shall check the appearance and packaging of the Order, the quantity of Goods in the Order, completeness, assortment. After that, the Customer must sign a document confirming the receipt of the Order.
4.6. If the Seller handed over to the Customer a smaller quantity of the Goods than specified in the Order (shortage) or the Goods not specified in the Order, the Customer, upon receipt of the Order, has the right to refuse the Order.
4.7. If it is impossible to transfer the missing Goods, the Seller notifies the Client about this by sending a message to the e-mail address specified by the Client during registration.
4.8. The storage period of the Order at the Shop – 10 calendar days after sending a notification to the Customer about the readiness of the Order.
4.9. 5. Payment for Goods
5.1 The price of Goods is indicated on the Website and is of a reference nature. If the price of Goods ordered by the Customer is incorrect, the Seller informs the Customer at the first opportunity to confirm the Order at the corrected price or to cancel the Order. If the Customer cannot be contacted, the Order is considered cancelled.
5.2 The price of the Goods may be changed unilaterally by the Seller. The price of the Goods is indicated at the last stage of the Order placement and is valid at the moment when the "Confirm Order" button is pressed.
5.3. Method of payment for the Order is a non-cash payment by bank card at the website in roubles.
5.4 Special features of payment for the Goods by bank cards.
In accordance with the regulation of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation №266-P dated 24.12.2004 "On issuing bank cards and on transactions effected with the use of payment cards", bank card transactions are made by the card holder or his/her authorized representative.
5.5 The Seller is entitled to provide the Customer with discounts on Goods.
5.6 The Seller is entitled to set discounts in order to promote a particular method of payment or delivery of the Goods. At the same time, the Seller may limit the terms of the discounts.
6. Return of Goods
6.1. Return of proper quality goods:
6.1.1. Return of goods is carried out only in the Shops at the specified self-delivery addresses. To make a return, the product must be in its original condition, packaging and labels.
The current legislation of the Russian Federation does not provide for the obligation of the Seller to travel for the returned goods.
Stockings and socks, printed materials, as well as other items included in the list approved by the Government Decree of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 No. 2463 are not subject to exchange and return.
6.1.2. Return of the Goods is carried out within 14 calendar days, not counting the day of sale, on the basis of a completed application.
When the Buyer returns the Goods, an invoice or an act on the return of the goods is drawn up, which indicate:
a) the full company name (name) of the seller;
b) last name, first name, patronymic of the buyer;
c) product name;
d) date of transfer of goods;
e) the amount to be returned;
f) signatures of the seller and the buyer (representative of the buyer).
Refunds are made in the same way that the payment was made (when paying by card - to the same card with which the payment was made). The period of reimbursement for transferring funds depends on the conditions of the beneficiary's bank.
When returning goods in the Shops, you must have an identity document.
6.2. Return of inadequate quality goods:
A discrepancy in the design or color of the goods with the Goods on the Site is not a basis for recognizing the Goods as of inadequate quality.
In case of suspicion that the Goods are of inadequate quality, the Client should contact the Seller at the location of any of the Shops with an application for the return of goods.

7. Refunds
Refunds are made in the same way that the payment was made (when paying by card - to the same card with which the payment was made). The period of reimbursement for transferring funds depends on the conditions of the beneficiary's bank.

8. Intellectual property
All text information and graphics on the Website are the property of the Seller and/or its contractors. Nothing in this Agreement or any retail sale agreement shall be construed as a transfer of rights to use such information.
If the Seller detects unauthorized copying, placement or other use of the intellectual property of the Seller and / or its counterparties, the Seller has the right to apply to the court for the protection of its violated rights, compensation for damage caused by such use and the requirement to pay for the use.

9. Warranty period
9.1. Within the warranty period, the Customer has the right to make a claim for the return of the Goods of improper quality to the manufacturer, seller or importer, at their choice.
9.2. The warranty period for clothing, unless otherwise established by the manufacturer or GOST, is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of purchase. The warranty period established by the manufacturer is specified in the description of the Goods. If the manufacturer's warranty period is longer than thirty (30) calendar days, the manufacturer's warranty period applies.
9.3. If the warranty period is less than two years and the defects of the goods are discovered after the expiry of the warranty period, but within two years, the Customer has the right to claim against the Seller (manufacturer), if the Customer proves that the defects of the goods have occurred before the handover to the Customer or for reasons that occurred before that moment.
9.4. If a material fault in the Goods is detected after two years from the date of their transfer to the Customer and by this time the warranty period has expired, a claim for termination of the sale contract may be claimed by the Customer only to the manufacturer (authorized company or authorized individual entrepreneur, importer). At the same time, the Customer must prove that the identified defect is significant and that it occurred before the Goods were handed over to the Customer or for reasons that arose before this moment. 10. Liability
10.1. The Seller is not liable for any damage caused to the Customer due to improper use of the Goods ordered on the Site if this damage is not related to the quality of the Goods. The Seller is not liable for damage caused to the Customer as a result of individual intolerance to the components of the Customer’s Goods or persons to whom the Customer transferred the Goods.
10.2. The Seller is not liable for the content and functioning of websites which contain links to the Website.
10.3. The Seller is entitled to assign or otherwise transfer its rights and obligations arising from its relationship with the Customer to third parties.
10.4. The Customer undertakes not to use the ordered Goods for business purposes.

12. Other terms and conditions
12.1. The law of the Russian Federation shall apply to the relations between the Customer and the Seller.
12.2. In the event of any questions or complaints by the Customer, the Customer shall contact the Seller's Customer Service Department by phone, email or via the feedback form on the Website. The Customer and the Seller shall attempt to settle all disputes by way of negotiations, failing which the dispute shall be referred to the Kuntsevsky District Court in Moscow in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
12.3. A court ruling that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid shall not invalidate the remaining provisions.
